These terms and conditions apply to those users of our website www.natyasutraonline.com, our applications, lessons in videos and audios streaming sites or services in connection with the lessons and modules or any modes of registrations or usage of our modules including through a desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet devices are between Natya Sutra Online (Ayursutra Pvt Ltd) and the user.

Modules are videos or lessons with audio choreographed and produced by or in behalf of Ayursutra Pvt Ltd. The usage right completely belongs to Ayursutra Pvt Ltd.

Your access to the modules will be as per the subscription you have paid for.

Subscription
An arrangement/payment to receive selected classes, typically a publication and videos choreographed and produced in behalf of Ayursutra Pvt Ltd.

Subscription Duration
By paying subscription amount for that particular time period, you agree to get updates and notifications along with access to dance modules and lessons. After the subscription time period is expired, access to classes and lessons will be cancelled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel the subscription anytime before the expiry, subject to our terms of cancellation policy.

No refunds or repayment of once paid subscription fee will be initiated upon cancellation, upgrade/downgrade or by any pricing policy updates.

Online Payments
An online payment by user/subscriber/customer is subject to the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Online payment system is provided by Ayursutra Pvt Ltd (The Merchant). The terms and conditions shall be amended, changed/or modified from time to time by the merchant and any such amendments/modifications/changes shall be effective forthwith.

Terms and conditions – Payment
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility for products/subscriptions/services of merchant. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions.

• Payment shall be made in advance for the subscription/products and services.
• The merchant/Ayursutra Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change the prices at anytime
• Payments are accepted only by means of given option or online means.
• Merchant cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the merchant account due to user quoting incorrect account number or incorrect personal details or any such faults. Merchant shall not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the net banking system/credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment, Inivis Multimedia Pvt Ltd (merchant) is under no obligation to bring this fact to your notice. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account and reached Ayursutra Pvt Ltd (merchant).
• In no event, merchant shall be liable for any loss, damages, compensation whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site or its contents, any websites/social pages linked to this site.

The price to be paid for your subscription/purchase will be made clear to you on the order pages or otherwise during the purchase process and may vary from time to time. You agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time you purchase your subscription together with any processing or other associated fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider. Eligibility for any discounts if applicable is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription. All payments from outside India must be made in US Dollars. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are entitled to use those payment details for the same purpose.
